Private Chef in Casablanca, Morocco

Our private clients, a family of 5, are looking for a private chef for a position based  in Casablanca, Morocco. Cooking meals for a family of 5 and their guests, with the assistance of a kitchen helper, the private chef will also create menus, be responsible for sourcing fresh ingredients to offer healthy and balanced meals. The family enjoys a large variety of food including mediterranean, asian and latin american to name a few. The private chef will need to have the ability to cook family style cuisine but also demonstrate good food presentation skills for more formal events. Table service is performed by the waiters and will not be requested from the chef. The role comes with accommodation, and with a vehicle for professional use. Working 5 to 6 days a week, with rotated days off to accommodate the family. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, around 3,000 to 4,000 euros per month. The position is to start in the next couple of months or so. Previous experience as a private chef for HNW clients preferred, yet the role could suit other chefs with experience with luxury restaurants. Regular entertainment. The chef must also be willing to travel with the family, locally and internationally.

A good command of either English, Spanish or French is essential for the role.
