Live-out Housekeeper in Kensington

Our private clients are seeking a discreet, experienced, and detail-oriented Private Housekeeper to join a fully staffed, modern household near Kensington High Street, London. This is a long-term position working as part of a team of 4 housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional housekeeper seeking stability, teamwork, and a respectful working environment.

 

Schedule :

• 5 days per week, including rotated weekends
• Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Key Responsibilities :

• Full spectrum of housekeeping duties, including:
  • Daily cleaning and deep cleaning of all rooms
  • Care of fine furnishings, surfaces, and finishes
  • Ironing, steaming, and laundry care (including delicates and high-end garments)
  • Bed making and linen changes
  • Maintaining household supplies and inventories
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• • Proven experience in private households
  • Excellent laundry and ironing skills essential
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow established routines
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Discretion, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Fluent English; eligibility to work in the UK

 

Salary :       Up to £55,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
