House Manager in Casablanca

Our private clients are looking to hire a House Manager for a position based in Casablanca, Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of a large property (15,000 sq meters). The house manager will oversee a team of 7 staff, which includes nannies, chauffeurs, waiters and housekeepers. The family will expect the house manager to travel with them, locally and internationally. Speaking English or French or Spanish is a essential. Flexibility is essential for this role. Working hours to be confirmed.

Duties (not limited to):

  • Organise staff rotas and assignments
  • Create and implement guidelines and procedures
  • Overseeing staff performance
  • Organising and supervising events and dinner parties
  • Maintain accurate records of stocks and inventories
  • Liaising with the chef and waiters
  • Recruit and train staff
  • Welcoming and looking after guests
  • Managing household’s budget and correspondances
  • Travel with the family
  • Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team

The right candidate must have previous experience as a House Manager with HNW clients and demonstrate great leadership skills.

The position comes with accommodation, details to be confirmed as can vary depending on the successful candidate’s personal situation (partner/children welcome).

The salary will depend on experience, around 3000 to 4000 euros net.

Start date to be confirmed after the delivery of the property, likely to be in a couple of months or so.
